Returns

Featherstone Outdoor honors returns for orders placed on our website(excluding items that are marked as "final sale" or was sent as a gift for promotional purposes) within 45 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in new and unused condition with all original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping; however, we can generate a return shipping label at the cost of $10 which will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to receive a different size, color, or product please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item at your convenience. The process for returns usually takes up to 5-10 business days depending on delivery, so repurchasing will ensure that you receive your item on time while the product is available. 

 

Refunds

Refunds will usually take up to 2-3 business days upon receiving. If items are received not new or used, they will be returned back to the original recipient with no refund. 

 

Return Process

1. To begin a return, please visit our Returns Page. 

2. Once you have submitted the form, your RA#, return label, and instructions will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

3. You have up to 90 days to return the item.
